Nelson-14, W-13960, the so-called Hairlip variety named based on the oddly engraved lips on the obverse portrait.  P Below Bust type.  Considered to be Rarity-6 based on our own census research. 

And this is the single finest example of this tough variety we have seen, or know about, with much luster remaining, some original mint red lingering in the POPULI legend, razor sharp detail and just a few minor marks that might well have kept this out of a mint state holder (’cause it looks like an unc. to us).
