A popular type and one of the earliest issues to bear the word ‘AMERICA’ on it (though oddly askew on the reverse beneath a boat that looks to this author surprisingly like a Chinese Junk).

And this is a nice, original VF with smooth medium brown surfaces and no singularly distracting marks or spots.
