Baker-31B, W-11010 variety, BIRMINGHAM Edge.  Considered to be Rarity-5 as an issue, though more like R-7+ in the choice mint state condition seen here.  Indeed, the is the finest example we know of, and the finest graded by PCGS.

With a better strike than you normally find on this type, choice chocolate brown color and original mint red lingering on both the obverse and reverse.
