A most interesting example, this a superb, Choice Unc.+ Seated Dollar with the sort of lovely and dramatic bag toning most often seen on Morgan Dollars.

And that makes sense, since according to Q. David Bowers in his opus Silver Dollars and Trade Dollars of the United States: A Complete Encyclopedia, Volume 1, coins of this date were stored in mint bags from the 1870s until their release by the Treasury in 1962-64.  And this one has to be as eye-appealing as any of them.

In all, a totally cool, beautifully lustrous, wildly toned, CAC-approved example destined for a place of honor in a high end set (and in the CRO archives).
