In the looooong history of CRO we’ve had a small number of $20 Libs in these old PCGS Doily slabs, but all have been in the MS61 to MS63 grade range.

This 64 is the single highest graded example of any Doily-holdered $20 Lib we’ve seen, and is apparently a new addition to the Doily census (yes, there is such a thing).

The coin inside is a lovely example with choice color and surfaces.
