First of three, long off the market, old NGC holdered commems turned up by us in a recent appraisal.

This issue was struck to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Missouri statehood with Daniel Boone in his familiar coonskin cap on the obverse, and him standing with a Native American on the reverse.  With this being the scarcer variant with the 2★4 symbol in the left obverse field indicating that Missouri was the 24th state in the union.

And this lovely, lustrous Choice Unc. example of an issue we have seldom offered through the years.
