Edlitz-1129 variety, struck in silver plated white metal. Designed by US Mint Engraver Anthony Pacquet in the same dramatic 3-D style as the Wiener medals of the period, though this is much larger at a full 80mm in diameter and 10mm thick. This one of the few known with the CONSECRATED JUNE 30, 1890 engraving on the exterior side.

And this is one of the prettiest examples we’ve seen, with pastel toning on the obverse and reverse neatly highlighting the incredible detail and relief on this issue.
